Kindly note that due to a problem with one of our payment providers, there was an issue which caused your withdrawal to be delayed which unfortunately was out of our control.
We are however pleased to confirm that this matter was resolved, and that your respective withdrawals were re-processed to you on 5th May 2020. Please note that the funds may take up to 3 business days to clear from that date.
We are sorry that you have had this experience and can understand your frustration. Although this matter extended beyond our control, we apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.
