I have played and won a small amount of £50 (much less than what I have spent here)
I withdrew the amount of £50 and was asked to send a bank statement. I did this and then was told my withdrawal was processed and I would receive it into that account within 7 days. This time has now passed and I still have not received my money. I contacted them again and was asked to send another statement to show I hadn’t received the money. I did this, and am now being told that I need to allow more time for the funds to be paid to me. I am very unhappy with this level of service and think that 7days is a lengthy time to wait in the first place. I really do not understand why it is taking them so long?

I have now today been told to allow a further 24-72hours to process the withdrawal and then up to 10 days to receive it.

I have now been told I need to wait 2 days to here from the financial department and a further 10 days to receive my money.

I have had further correspondence where I have been told that the transaction has failed when they tried to pay the withdrawal to my bank account. Apparently it’s now been escalated to the finance team.
No timescale given as to when I will receive the funds still.
Really disappointed with the service here.
