Refused payment, including original deposit
On 30/08/2019 I joined The Grand Ivy casino, deposited £1,000 and played in the live casino, doubled my money and withdrew £2,000. On 31/08/2019 my withdrawal was processed and the funds were back with me as I used PayPal and I had fully verified my account.
On 07/09/2019 I decided to have another go, same as before I deposited £1,000 through PayPal and played the live casino, luckily again I won and and the same day withdrew £1,950 from my account. However this time it was not so straight forward.
The withdrawal didn't get processed so quickly and on 23/09/2019 I received an email saying that my account was being closed, all money kept and that I was not allowed back as a player.
I have not taken advantage of any bonuses with Grand Ivy, all the money I have used has been my own funds and my account is fully verified - if any more documents or phone calls or pictures are needed I am more than happy to supply.
I am not happy about having winnings confiscated when I won fair and square, however I am even more annoyed at having my deposit confiscated as well. Grand Ivy have basically stolen my money - allowed me to deposit and then kept my deposit.
I really hope you can help me with this as I am getting no where with their complaints team.
