Hello
I registered in the casino and played there , the second day my account is locked without any reason , i provide the needed doucments for verification and it is still locked for 3 days , i contacted support they ignored me i didnt get any reply , i contact live chat they dont have an answer .
although the funny thing i asked how to be a vip member and the support team sent me an email explaining how to br vip member and sent me another casino email to contact them which was spinrider casino .
Am so pissed off for the way of locking my account especially after winning also i contacted (spinrider) as mentioned in the funny support email and provide them with my passport and credit card which really interfere my privacy and security
