I started playing in Kudos casino in the middle of March. I made a couple of deposits, i really enjoyed playing Roulette here and finally got lucky and won 2 200 EUR. It was on 13th April that I have sent the docs for verification and immediately got a response from the casino that my docs would be processed and verified right away. Unfortunately, shortly after that i discovered that my casino account was empty. On the 1st of June I sent the email to the casino asking what was the reason for the casino to take away my win and got no answer since then. The casino ignored me completely without any explanation. It seems the casino is just not willing to pay my win.

Considering the fact that the player already admitted that he has placed bets of $50, unfortunately the player has breached Kudos Casino terms:

"During play with Kudos Credits wagers may not exceed 25% of the original credit amount. This is active as long as the Kudos Credits remain in the account balance regardless of the wagering requirement."
