Taking a longer time for my withdrawal

Hello, I am waiting for Buck and Butler to pay me the 39013 SEK they owe me. I requested a withdrawal of 20000 SEK on the 17/12 2018, and another 19013 SEK on the 29/12 2018. I did this because I was informed that the site would not be allowing Swedish players to play there in 2019.

I was asked to submit KYC on the 26/12 2018 and I sent them what they requested on the same day.

On the 31/12 2018 they told me "I've successfully uploaded your documents to your account, please allow up to 48 hours to pass in order for them to be cleared. "

On the 4/1/2019 I mailed them and asked why no progress had been made. 48 hours had passed since last time they emailed me.. Later that same day they email me once again generic KYC document request. Requesting the exact documents I already sent to them. I tell them I have already sent these documents and I am waiting for them to be verified. No response...

On the 10/1/2019 I speak to the support in the chat and they tell me that the have sent a reminder to the support team to check my documents and that they will do it a.s.a.p. and that my withdraws will be processed as soon as that has been done. I wait and wait for further news...

On the 28/1/2019 I mail them again and ask what is happening, and they haven't responded to that yet.. I hope they will respond more seriously if I post this whole process here. I find it ridiculous I have to wait this long!!

I first tried to withdraw on 28th of June, the withdrawal wasn't processed because of a technical error. I contacted the customer service and was told that it will be fixed shortly. I have since contacted them a few times to ask them about the issue and the answer is always that they are trying to fix it. It doesn't sound plausible to me that an online casino can be operating without the ability to withdraw for over a month. They have neither sent any emails about their issues to their customers and depositing still works so others will face the same problem when trying to withdraw. The amount I've been trying to withdraw is 600€

I've tried to do a withdrawal for almost a week and a half (first try I did was on the 16th of july). They (Buck&butler) say that their site have technical problems with the function of withdrawals. But for almost two weeks?! Thats not realistic for a casino to troubleshooting for so long without any solution. The amount I wish to withdraw is 20000SEK (2100EUR). /Christopher

I really liked this casino, and the support was mainly helpful, but they have zero viable means of processing payments to Canada. They have had me running around for a week, submitting bank transfers, submitting deposits from Visa so that they can withdraw funds to the card, and nothing has worked. They have given me zero viable options to withdraw from the casino, and refuse to do a wire transfer / bank transfer / or withdrawal to Visa. I am at my wit's end. They owe me $775 which is being held in limbo (had to deposit an additional $20 as they said once I do I could withdraw to visa -- which didn't work), and keep providing alternatives which they say do not work once I initiate them. Now they want me to sign up for skrill and deposit then withdraw (unavailable to Canadians) as well as ecoPayz. I am at my wit's end.

So i ask my deposits back which i made after 18/02/2015 i made self excluded in jetbull casino.Because they ignore my gambling problem and let me gamble.since 18/02/2015 i have made 400 euros deposits there.

I've been playing at Buck&Butler over six months with and without bonuses. On 7.2.2015 I deposited 100€ and didn't receive any bonuses. So I played completely with my own money, raised my balance up to 588€ and requested a withdrawal. A few days later I logged in to my account only to find out that my winnings had been confiscated and only my 100€ deposit was returned. Live chat told me this happened because I had broken their max bet rule playing with their previous bonuses. It's true that I have broken their max bet rule previously. Still it's absurd to confiscate my winnings due to previous deposits especially when I haven't managed to make a withdrawal even once when playing with bonuses.
