Delaying payment and not responding to emails anymore
Hello, I am waiting for Buck and Butler to pay me the 39013 SEK they owe me. I requested a withdrawal of 20000 SEK on the 17/12 2018, and another 19013 SEK on the 29/12 2018. I did this because I was informed that the site would not be allowing Swedish players to play there in 2019.
I was asked to submit KYC on the 26/12 2018 and I sent them what they requested on the same day.
On the 31/12 2018 they told me "I've successfully uploaded your documents to your account, please allow up to 48 hours to pass in order for them to be cleared. "
On the 4/1/2019 I mailed them and asked why no progress had been made. 48 hours had passed since last time they emailed me.. Later that same day they email me once again generic KYC document request. Requesting the exact documents I already sent to them. I tell them I have already sent these documents and I am waiting for them to be verified. No response...
On the 10/1/2019 I speak to the support in the chat and they tell me that the have sent a reminder to the support team to check my documents and that they will do it a.s.a.p. and that my withdraws will be processed as soon as that has been done. I wait and wait for further news...
On the 28/1/2019 I mail them again and ask what is happening, and they haven't responded to that yet.. I hope they will respond more seriously if I post this whole process here. I find it ridiculous I have to wait this long!!
