Several rejected withdrawals
Dear Ask Gamblers team,
I have won 1000€ on Supacasi, uploaded all of my required documents, and attempted to withdraw several times without success.
The withdrawal was canceled the first time on May 13 because the casino required a photo of me holding my passport next to my face. I thought this was odd, but I did as I was told and uploaded the photo. Later, I contacted customer service and received confirmation that my account had been verified.
After that, I attempted to make another withdrawal, but it was cancelled because they required a copy of my phobe pill, even though all my personal data, bank account were uploaded earlier (still not enough to identify me).
I did as instructed and uploaded a copy of my phone bill. Again, I got a confirmation saying that my account was fully verified so I tried to make a new withdrawal of 500 euros. Supacasi has a withdrawal-limit of only 500 euros, but I want to withdraw 1000 euros. Here is what they wrote 24th of May:
Dear Customer,
We can now confirm that your documents have been verified. Should you upload any additional documents upon your withdrawal, the verification team will inform you accordingly.
When I tried to make a new withdrawal of 500 euros 1. june, I got this reply:
Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that your withdrawal has been cancelled by the payments department and the amount is available in your account.
Furthermore, the withdrawal option on your account has been temporarily suspended and your account shall be reviewed by the relevant department for security reasons.
We kindly request your patience as we are not able to provide you with an exact time-frame.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for helping us maintain a high level of security.
When I asked why my account had been suspended, Supacasi gave me this reply om june 3rd.
Dear xxxx ,
We would like to inform you that your account has been deactivated from the security department as it requested to perform an investigation.
Kindly note that the reason behind the review is not disclosed with other departments before the completion of it.
We kindly ask for your patience as this process can be time-consuming.

I am very frustrated as this casino won´t let me withdraw my winnings. It has been over two weeks and the casino has still not given me a reply. It seems like they have blocked me for no reason. Further, they still let me bet on sports and play on the casino even though I do not have the opportunity to withdraw my winnings. To conclude, this is a very unserious company and I hope the AG-team can help me to withdraw my money.
