I made withdrawal 4.10.2021 and it was confirmed and "paid", but money is still not shown in my bank account. I have checked from my bank that is there any payment coming from SupaCasi Casino and they said that there isn't. Now I am trying to ask SupaCasi Casino to check this withdraw, but they did not answer my questions and do anything about the situation.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.
Should the player face issues with any oustanding withdrawal requests or payments which were not part of the present case or payments referring to another casino operator, the player is welcome to submit a separate complaint.

I also asked if I could withdraw the rest of my balance (€ 490.07) using another working withdrawal method, but I was told that I should use the same non-functioning withdrawal method I used before and did not receive my money.
I can provide proof of my bank statement showing that the payment has not been credited to my account. I would like Supacasi to provide me with a receipt from the Payment Solution Provider showing the ID of the cross-border payment and the payer's bank.
