Holding first payment for weeks and confiscating second one with bogus accusations

hey! i have been having some issues with staybet casino. i have wagered bonus so the balance came to 100. thats okay. i make withdraw and then re sending documents withing a month. now the whole site has been down about one week. support no answer i have 90 €in my staybetaccount. and i have sent all the latest documents they wanted.

So I have now waited more than 2 weeks for staybet to verify my account so that I can make a withdrawal. They started with stating that the process would take 48 hours and proceeded with telling me "as soon as possible". No other communication about any issues at all just that they will connect me to the "billing department". 2 weeks to get a withdrawal through is far from passing for a casino site. Staybet could you please step up your game?

On March 4, 2018, I registered a withdrawal of 100 usd from my account in staybet.com to my account in the skrill. Money was not paid to me. After several calls to the support service they closed my account.The reasons for which I did not get paid, and then closed my account to me were not informed. More than a month passed, but my problem was not solved. Please note that my account was fully verified and I repeatedly made deposits and received payments earlier.Please help me get the money back.Thanks.

Once again im in a position where Staybet doesnt only delay my withdrawal, they've also stopped replying. I got email from the vip-department, stating that as soon as the website is up, i'll get my 1500sek. Nlw when its open and they even send out promos to my e-mail, they have stopped replying. Nor Can I logg into my account. I deposited once again, even tho last time they really burned my trust. But this time, I thought they were honest and sincere, hence the deposit. But when I want to make withdrawal, same procedureas last time and its soon been a month! I requested original withdrawal on 3rd of April. Acknowledge my withdrawal Staybet. This time you've proven you isnt trusthworthy at all. If you do not reply and acknowledge my wtihdrawal, I'll take this beyond that of Askgamblers. Consider this complaint a last chance!

Hello! I am stil waiting for payment after now 36 days. On March 14th I requested a withdrawal for 6,900 SEK. After about 3-4 days I asked support if something was wrong and they told me that it wouldn't be processed and I had to wait until it returned to my account and then request another withdrawal. So I made a request for 6,000 (lost 900) and after about 3-4 days nothing had happened again. I asked the chat and he (David) told me it says it is pending but in reality it does nothing at all. Some bug he said. So again it returned to my account. If I hadn't asked why nothing had happened it would probably still be "pending" (doing nothing at all). However, I had to ask them to cancel in order to make a third withdrawal. After 3 days (and a few mails and chats) the money returned... I now made three withdrawals, trying some other "tactics" or whatever. They were for 5,000, and 600 (I lost 400). I lasked them the same day to cancel the 600 due to tilt... It returned 2 days later and i lost them. So 5,000 remaining. That one was pending for about 4-5 days before I asked them to cancel it. Again it till several days for the money to return. I decided to try this "one big-one small" - "tactics" again. So I made requested for the fourth time... Now for 4,000 and 1,000. I didn't have much hope because during all these weeks they claimed they had a lot to do and I had to wait for my turn, they had technichal issues, their partner responsible for withdrawals had problems, they are changing platform and so on. However, they told me every now and then that it would be procesed during the day day and sometimes that it was resolved and I would expect a payment. Nothing happened for 3-4 weeks up to that point, so I was chocked when I saw that the withdrawal for 1,000 no longer was pending. 4 days later it was banked. What is weird with this, is that the other request for 4,000 (that I made simultanuesly) never was processed. I checked the day after, and nothing was pending. So I thought they finally paid in full. However, the day after that the 4,000 was back as pending status. It has been like that for almost two weeks and the last thing I heard from them was Friday 13th when they told me their IT-group for their backoffice worked on the technical issues. That same day I noticed they have a new starting page. However, now I can't egen log in. It says "UserNotFoundException". Live chat doesn't work almost no games in demo mode works, forget password doesn't work and so on. And no info anywhere. I have mailed every day now any without response. I get the auto mails but they never reply. Is the site down? Bankrupt? Are they simply ignoring me forever now, blocked me from the account? Or is it actual tech problems that will be resolved? Today it has been 36 days in total. Will I ever get the money?

Hello, On March 10, I got the information from the Staybet live chat that all my documents (ID-card, credit card, address proof, bank statement) were verified and approved. I requested a withdrawal of 8520 SEK on the same date. I also received an email from the Staybet support team on March 12 that confirmed all necessary documents were approved for withdrawals up to €2000. On March 20, I got the information from the live chat that despite being sent the information that all was OK, my passport was still needed for the withdrawal request of SEK 8520, equal to approx €852. The first withdrawal request was then cancelled, my passport uploaded and approved and I submitted a new request for the withdrawal on March 20. It is now April 3rd, and the withdrawal request is still displayed as pending on my account side. When can I expect the withdrawal to be released by Staybet, in order for my bank to process this?

I’ve been waiting almost a month to get my withdrawal processed by Staybet. The amount is 6400 SEK. I’ve frequently been in contact with their support over the past weeks to check up how their payment to me progress. Like many other complaints here on askgamblers in this particular matter, their answer is just that ”their workload is huge right now and my withdrawal soon will be processed.” Another excuse from their part is, ”of different reasons your withdrawal have been delayed.” What the reason is they won’t tell... I attached some screenshots from our mail conversations. Unfortunately it is in swedish (they do have quick feedback though when speaking with their support, but they won’t tell you more than the excuses above). I have more mails to share if needed. HI. I did Make my withdrawal request in december 2017. And i was waiting for a really really long time. And i did not get any answers From the support. Then suddenly my pending withdrawal did returned to my gaming account.. I did go and ask WHY so the support just answerd me that there was some technical problem that i have to ask for a New withdrawal.. So i did ask for my New withdrawal 19.2.2018 and it has being pending since then.. I have asked them several times where my withdrawal is.. And i dont get any other answers then that they have lot of work to DO in the payment department. And now suddenly my pending withdrawal did return AGAIN to my gaming account.. On 12.01. I applied for a payout 350 euros. On 15.01. the money was back on my account. The explanation in the Livechat were technical problems. and they offer me to wait for email, I have been waiting for almost 2 month for my payout. On my inquiries I only get the answer: "The payout will be processed soon".my account is fully verified and there have already been some small payouts that never lasted longer than a week.
