Stalling payment, don't answer emails and chat takes up to 40 minutes

I won some money 17 days ago. After two days they asked for documentation. I sent that to them right away. Two to three days later, they needed the pictures taken in a different way?! The pictures have always been good enough for other casinos. I have a picture of myself on my debitcard, but that was not good enough. They needed a picture of my drivers license. I dont have a driverslicense. I sent a copy of my passport. For a few days pretended that they didnt get the email with the copy of my passport. A week ago they said that they werent able to send the money to my debitaccount. I had to add Neteller. I did. Two days later, they said i had to make a deposit to the account using Neteller. I did that. It took three more days before i finally got the money today.
They dont answer emails, and chat takes up to 40 minutes, without getting any help. I would recomend people to choose an other casino.
