Withdrawal refused and account blocked

I have been refused my €3000 withdrawal from this site which I made on the 13th Oct I received an email saying they would email me soon and they never did they have now blocked my account and refused me €100 although I deposited much more than this they are ignoring my questions only answering yes or no they wont give me any information why
