My withdrawal was €200 by bank transfer. All documents been approved and passed verification I got an email said take up to 5 days to processed but now 11 days I not received my withdraw yet. Talk to them on live chat not help at all just tell me will paid today than tomorrow than another another day is totally lie I not received any money. Just can't understand why keep held the money??

I send many emails to you, not reply.
Talk to live chat sometimes same pic but different name and just same answer every time just finding excuse to just end conversation, highly disappointed. Casino is like scam and corrupt. Keep held withdraw money tell me will paid today but lie and lie after lie. All documents passed verification so just paid me please
