Money unfairly removed from account after withdrawal
On Split Aces Casino i won the amount of €530-,
Because I wanted to protect myself from losing money i set a deposit limit of €25-, (i set the limit after i won the 530 euros)
Now a few days later i get an email from the finance department in which they are telling me that my withdrawal of 530 euros have been cut down to 125 euros en that the rest of my winnings have been void. This is because you can only withdraw your deposit limit times 5. But the terms and conditions of the site are saying the following: Should you place deposit limits on your account, any withdrawal request will be limited to five (5) times the deposit limit, and not exceed €5,000 per thirty (30) day period. Any requests exceeding this amount will be declined, and the funds will be returned to your Account balance. You may then place a new withdrawal request in-line with this limit.
As you can see the money should have been placed back on my account balance but the site just deleted it.
Please help me with this case, i still have right on my 405 euro's
