I withdrew the amount of €649 on 01 Sept. I received emails asking for verification details which I sent the same day. A couple of days later I received a verification phone call from a member of the team. Both verification were confirmed.

It took until the 12th Sept to receive an email stating that my withdrawal had been approved.

It is now 17th Sept and I still haven't received my winnings.

I was told yesterday via chat to wait another 3 days.

This really isn't good enough - if I actually get my winnings on the 20th Sept this process will have taken 3 weeks - there were also no issues with providing details, I did this in a prompt manner.

This complaint has been reopened as per Split Aces Casino request and AskGamblers Complaints Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reaching to a satisfactory resolution.
