Delay in my 1100 withdrawal

I was lucky enough to win on this casino, so I decided to withdraw my 1100 euro, sent all the correct documents, which were eventually approved, then I noticed my withdrawal had been approved last Friday morning, still no sign of the money in my account, I then spoke with Matthew on live chat, I queried the length of time I'd been waiting, and he said there has been an increase in with withdrawals lately and that was why it is taken so long, I've never had this problem with any other casino, and would like to know if my money is actually on it's way?
