My withdrawal is taking longer then is agreed in there terms and conditions!
There was confusion at first , they thought I did irregular play, and after I complained they agreed I played within there terms and conditions, it’s been a week since they said my withdrawal will be approved!
But still nothing I’m really worried I’m not going to receive my legitimate winnings . Can someone please help me get what I am owed.

And a email after saying withdrawal will be in my account within 5 business days,
