Casino rejecting my withdrawals for the sixth time now

I played this casino and I won 100000e. Okay then I started to verify all my documents to withdraw to start, it was very long and slow project since they didn't approvel all documents right away. When I finally got all verified, I started to withdraw my money, maximum amount was 1000e/36 hours so I started to withdraw. I got 9000e withdrawn total, the last time they paid me was 18.09.2022. After that date I just keep getting rejected when I try to ask to withdraw from them. It's now 6 times in row I getting this withdrawal cancel, I contacted their support. They keep telling me that they have technical issues, this is message they give me: " We are very sorry that your withdrawal request was cancelled for technical reasons. Create new request and we will be happy to consider it".This is now 6 times I got my withdraw request cancelled. I spoke to their support and they said to me that I could try to make bitcoin walled and try to withdraw with it but I do not want to and know-how, + they have been sending me that 1000e/ per 36 hours just fine on my verified banktransfer and after that 18.09.2022 for some reason this is not working now. Can you plz help me with this casino I just wanna get my money from there safely to my own bank account? I got all screenshots of my account wins, even all games I played, I got all screenshots when I talk to the support team, everything is screened. Plz I just don't know what to do anymore, it seems I don't get any help from this support team they have, always pointless to talk with them since they only offer me bitcoin wallet making but I do not know about that anything and this can't be possible that this is my only option.

hello, spinamba, I checked with my bank whether I have a limit or not, they said that there is no limit, that if someone wants to make a transfer to me, they can transfer as much as they want.

Casino finding excuses for not to process my withdrawal

On Sunday 27.06 at around 01:00am CET I made a withdrawal request for €1800. While waiting for my withdrawal to be processed I deposited €87 and based on not having wagered the €87 for 3x, my withdrawal was declined. I wagered the €87 and again requested a withdrawal via BTC for €1600 on 28.06 at around 08:30 CET. About 24 hours later I received an email that my withdrawal was declined and that I should verify my ID and payment methods.

I contacted them as my ID and address was already verified on 27.06. So they told me they had issues with their payment provider and they weren’t able to process my payment via BTC and asked me to chose a different withdrawal method. Saying that, BTC is the only withdrawal method where they offer more than €500 to withdraw at once.

So, I had to create a Perfect Money wallet and ask for a withdrawal again, which I did on 29.06 at 11:20CET.

As per their policy they require 36 hours to process withdrawals so I contacted them at 23:50CET on 30.06 when my payout would be processed. I again received a reply that they were experiencing issues with their payment provider…

I wrote to them and told them that we are in the 48th hour after the request was made and it is not my problem that they have issues with their payment providers.

I have a feeling that they are trying to delay the payments so I would play (which I did already and I am down from €1600 to €500) but I don’t want to and I am not going to loose all my winnings!

31/12-2020 I won 1480 euro at Spinamba. I contacted the chat to get to know if I could close my account during the verification and withdrawal period, without that causing any problems to withdraw my money. They answered that would not be a problem and that I would receive my money after a couple of days.

After that, it has just been a big mess and the casino just seem to not want to pay out my money. I waited for weeks for the withdrawal to be sent but just got vague answers like ”you have to wait some more” ”it will take some time”. Finally, they wrote that it was because my account was closed why it took so much longer time and that they could not give any time estimate on how long it could take.

I then asked if they would keep their 24 h withdrawal time they advertise if I could myself request the withdrawal on my account. Yes, they would was the answer. I then asked about the process for opening my account and got the reply ”normally 7 days but it can be quicker”.

Now 8 days after I requested to open my account, I get the same answers as for my withdrawal. ”It will take some more time” ”we cannot say when”. Spinamba also ignore most of my requests to communicate in english and reply in Swedish, why I am only providing you with the english responses as attachments but It Should be enough proof of that my request is valid and the casino is hindering me in every way to get my withdrawal.

The only thing I want is to get my 1480 euro balance on my account withdrawed.
