I made a Bitcoin withdrawal of EUR 1799 from Spinamba Casino on 27/02/21. My account is fully verified.

The withdrawal status changed from Pending to Accepted on 28/02/21. I have had previous withdrawals from Spinamba and they have always sent the funds within 24h of the status being marked as Accepted.

It is now 3 WEEKS later and the bitcoin has not been sent. I have contacted Spinamba by email and Live Support and they have been unable to assist, just apologising and teling me it will be sent soon.

I request that Spinamba process my withdrawal of EUR 1799, this delay is ridiculous.

But of course you have not told me anything I did not already know.

I have made this complaint because I have not received my winnings. If, and only if, you send the funds then I will be happy and the case can be resolved. Anything else is a waste of everyone's time.
