Hello . The problem is that my withdrawal was approved. I opted for the withdrawal in ecopayz, which as you know is done instantly. I contacted the live chat many times, they lied every time that the money was sent. After that I contacted the livechat from ecopayz who confirmed to me that no money was sent to my account.
This casino is already starting to look like a SCAM !!!
Besides the fact that they lied today, they also lied 2 days ago, that due to an error from ecopayz the transfer could not be processed and that they will do it manually.
It's been a week and I still haven't received my money.

The problem is that you always have a problem when you have to make a withdrawal. I don't understand why so much waste of time. In connection with this complaint, I want to say that the transfer was made on 19.05.2020 and not on 18.05.2020 as the people from livechat said, so they practically lied. Only one person from livechat told me that the transfer has not yet been made, and to who I would like to thank again for sincerity. The agent's name is Mette. !!

Apologies for the delay you experienced with your withdrawal, which I assure you, is not rooting in us lying to you but actually due to issues on EcoPayz's side. We have no reason to lie to you about your withdrawal being processed.
Following your complaint, I have personally contacted Ecopayz again and they have once again confirmed that the issue was on their end, and they assured me that they will contact you personally to explain the situation. They have also informed me that you have received your withdrawal.
Kindly confirm the above for me so if need be I will contact them again.
