Hello,
First of all I have to say that I really like Slotty Vegas Casino and that I regret that I have to write this complaint about the delay in approving my withdrawals.
I have 4 withdrawals requested 28.1.2020 and 3 withdrawals requested 29.1.2020 stuck in "pending" status since 7 days.
The total value of the withdrawals is 15 000€ which are all requested through "Fast Bank Transfer"
I am KYC verified, have never used any bonus money on the site and this is not my first withdrawal on the site. I have tried to contact the support on the matter, but all I get is an answer that the "withdrawals are at our relevant team and will be processed as quickly as possible". That is the same answer I have now received for 3 days straight.
I'd like to get this solved as soon as possible and will be thankful for any help I can get.

Hi Karl,
I can now confirm that the 5000€ withdrawal has reached my account.
Yesterday I made another withdrawal request of 2000€, but that is a separate matter and I am sure that it will be processed in due time.
I want to thank AskGamblers for their support and also thank you Karl for your excellent customer service and for me this matter can be regarded as solved.
