Slotty Vegas Casino - Giving me hard time on a £1,000 withdrawal

I have played at this casino and in the end was able to win 1000£ I made deposits with 2 different cards , both of them belong to me . I went through the verification process and all my papers has been successfully verified. The deposits I made with an credit card and a debit one. When I asked for first withdraw I have done it to the debit card, they reversed the withdraw and asked me to do it to the credit card because that was the last method used to deposit. I made the withdraw then to the credit card and they have reversed and said that card won`t accept funds into it so I need to do it to the debit card. I done the withdraw then again to debit card and has been reversed again and asked now to do it again to the credit card. I am waiting like that from 12 of december and I can still not get the money. If I will withdraw again to the credit card is going to be reversed one more time as that card won`t accept withdrawals. Can someone explain what I need to do? PS I withdraw it once via bank transfer with the debit card is related to (this is how they asked me to do it , I have an email from them ) and was reversed also.

Apologies for the inconvenience..

Unfortunately, there was an issue with your WD as sometimes Mastacard have issues accepting gambling transactions. When we tried to pay out to an alternate card (a Visa), that failed too. However, we did effect a fast bank transfer earlier today so the matter should be sorted now.

Do let me know when you receive the money so we can close this.

Following a request on behalf the Slotty Vegas Casino management for re-evaluation of the operator's closed AGCCS cases, AskGamblers Complaint Team reached to the conclusion that in this particular case there is no evidence for operator's misconduct. Reason - player was duly informed about all ongoing issues with their withdrawal request as well as reasons while it was declined. Therefore, the status of the complaints case is being changed from Resolved to Rejected.
