Started playing at this wonderfull casino a while back and have had a very positive experience. I've had a chance at cashout's numerous times and even been in the withdraw que several times aswell. These withdraws i have canceled since i felt it took to long and i wanted to play more. At one point i lost my withdraw possibilites and had no clue as to why (skrill has been my only withdraw possibility) i had no possibilites to cash out. I contacted support and had different answer's. one girl even told me its because i have canceled so many withdraws(lol). Turns out i needed to deposit with skrill one time in order for them to verify where to withdraw my money to.(Since i was depositing with Visa).

However. I am a fully verified member and i finally managed to find a way to deposit with skrill so that they can send to my e-wallet. I requested the withdraw on 06/01/2020 at 07:15 in the morning. Its now 13/01/20 and im still waiting.

Customer support told me it might take up to 5 days, considering this is my first withdraw(that i am sticking with). That is now 1 week ago.

Also, when i click on the withdraw button on slottyvegas, the pending withdraw says i have requested it to whichever day im currently in.

Is there any way we can get this fixed?

Apologies for the inconvenience with this. Ill have a look into it for you.

Is this a Skrill withdrawal? If so, there's been a technical issue since last week which is expected to be resolved today. Ill make sure to inform the payments team about your case to push it up as priority.
