Winnings impossible to pay out, no useful feedback and money on hold
Unfortunately I don't get any correct answers from the casino. In the chat everything is just Copy and Paste. All of my withdrawal requests have been refused, but without giving me any feedback on why or why. First I wanted to pay out via VISA, I sent all documents, then via MASTERCARD, also all documents and last but not least via BITCOIN to my wallet.
Here, too, I have sent all the documents. After a while I asked again in CHAT and via email. After some back and forth I got the answer "Bitcoin takes longer". I asked "how long"? The answer "we don't know". I think the casino doesn't want to pay out my winnings (10,000 euros) and tries to hold me back and hopes that I will gamble away the winnings again.
I ask for your help so that my winnings are paid out.
