Delayed withdrawal of 23204 euro

Hello! On 01.02.2023 I deposited 330 euros at Slottica.com, I played live black jack, live roulette and a few other live games. I say this because I didn't play slots, I didn't play from bonuses, etc. and I won 23204.90 euros. It's the 2nd time I play on this site, I had another withdrawal on 16.01.2023 of 990 euros approved. I have a fully verified account, I sent them all the required documents, photos, etc. I have been waiting for the first withdrawal of 900 euros for 4 days and I am told to keep waiting. On 02.03.2023, an operator from them called me to tell me that the withdrawal will be delayed another 24 hours to check with the games provider. Those 24 hours have passed and they are telling me the same thing on the chat. I don't understand why it is taking so long and I hope that they will start letting me withdraw because I can withdraw a maximum of 1000 euros per day by bank transfer. I will be able to withdraw the amount in 23 stages. Thank you and I am attaching pictures and emails from them.
