15000INR Withdrawal not credited into my bank account

Hi AskGamblers, I am fully verified on the site. As from my attachment you can see they accepted my withdrawal of 15000 INR and amount is debited from my account but it has not been till credited into my bank account. I also contacted support but they are saying your bank didn’t accept the payment we are trying. It has been almost 46 hours and they claim your withdrawal will be accepted within 36 hours. Thank you and I hope you can help me resolve my issue.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

Should the player face issues with any oustanding withdrawal requests or payments which were not part of the present case or payments referring to another casino operator, the player is welcome to submit a separate complaint.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

But there is another issue AskGamblers, for my last three withdrawal, they rejected my 2 withdrawal . The reason for rejecting the withdrawal was technical issue from their side. As you can see in attached screenshots I made a withdrawal of 50000 INR but they rejected telling me there was a technical issue. Again I made a withdrawal request If I again got the same issue I will update you here only by tomorrow.
