They are delaying my payment
Hello.
I have a problem with Slottica Casino.
Last year my account was blocked along with my deposit money (I did not win or lose anything at Slottica Casino).
This year I managed to contact the English speaking support service. A nice person told me by email that I can get my deposit money back.
To do this, I was asked to make a request for payment via email. I did it. Then I was asked to go through identity verification. I successfully sent all the requested documents. Then I received an email from Slottica Casino that my documents were received.
However, since the last message on February 27, 2025, I have not received a response from the casino regarding my situation.
I have a feeling that Slottica Casino is deliberately delaying the identity verification process in order to avoid paying me my deposit money for as long as possible.
That is why I am filing a complaint against Slottica Casino about the delay in payment.
Please help me understand the situation with the casino and get my money back.
