Two deposits not credited
Hello Ask Gamblers, it looks like I need your help again with Slottica Casino.
This casino must use several payment merchants because it seems each time I make a deposit it comes up as a different name on my bank statement.
The screenshots supplied will have 5 separate payments to Slottica Casino.
X3 payments deposited on Slottica show up as R-Bit (payment merchants they use)

All successful and added to my Slottica account
The second is for 47.25e
Estchange (payment merchants they use)
This was also successfully added to my Slottica account.
But when you go up to the second screenshot you will see two payments made to.

It is this these x2 payments that I deposited to my Slottica account that where not added to my balance.
The screenshots from my chat log with Slottica Casino will show that they say they never received such payments according to their payment department.
Note: 100 eur should have been added twice as their payment provider takes a sum of 5e per 100e transaction.
I also showed my card statement with these transactions yet they say, no such transactions tool place on the site.
I have proof of where the funds went and I want to be reimbursed as this is a no no for me when it comes to depositing funds and they just go missing. I feel I have no leg to stand on as they will have to confirm optpay_m3 is a payment provider for them. I have no idea how they proof is it or it is not?
They would not disclose this information to me in the chat.
My card and bank account should be linked to those 2 payments on their end, and they will see nothing was credited to my account.
So AskGamblers if anymore information is needed from my end I can provide it all. I really hope I can get reimbursed for these funds as it would be highly illegal to not credit them back to me.
