Declined payment of €200

Well, reading the other complaints and its clear they follow an established pattern. Btw, didnt even come close to using one of their fradulent bonuses as that would entail being nestled with them forever.

1. Deposit 10-20 euros. Made 200 euros.
2. Req withdrawal, to my surprise it was 36 hours processing, but they pulled through and money was in account; same checking accoutn i used to make the initial deposit.
3. deposited 10-20 euros, got up to 240. Req withdrawal, and figured it would go as smoothly as last time around. But this is where the issues started, got some ridiculous email from them suggesting that "several attempts" were made but my bank declined. I asked my bank, just like the other complaints filed against slottica, bank denies any attempts made.
4. Contacted their chat as well as their "support" team. They want me to verify now, i have sent my docs and waiting for next excuse.

My general feeling is that they dont want to do payouts, want to stall this as much as possible hoping that the player hopefully uses funds and looses them, as they dont actually deduct the sum from you playing balance until withdrawal is actually executed.

Its been almost 4 days now, i hope you can help me.

Yes, i finally received funds via bitcoin, and i must say the exchange rate reduced my balance by 10-15 % which is a high price to pay. Also bitcoins do cause an inconvenience. Im still not euphoric about the way things were handled, its a new casino, they still have ways to go, and 36 hr processing for small withdrawals is on the longer end. THanks AG
