Hi,

I have started playing slottica casino and the initial experience was quite ok. I have deposited ~700 eur with multiple transactions using the same card and at the end of my play i had ~670, which i have decide to take back. They have asked for KYC, sent all the documents, they have asked me to send them ones again as some pictures were not clear (Well, those seemed to be fine to me). After this i have received my money and it went quite fine.

Second time i have deposited ~200 eur and wanted to withdraw ~180 Eur. and this is when it started:
1. They have rejected my withdrawal due to the 3x deposit wager condition (Fine - thats in terms and conditions)
2. I have wagered the amount (190 eur as they said) (Just put the autoplay for the required amount they have indicated (you are not able to see it in your history). Asked to withdraw - got rejected and customer support said that i have to wager another 90 eur. I have asked why and they said it was mistake and my requirement is wagered. Put the withdrawal again
3. Got withdrawal rejected and went to support again. Asked why and they said i still need those 90 eur to be wagered. Wagered 100 eur then and put my withdrawal request again;
4. Got rejected. Went to support. They said i need to wager another 6 eur. Didn't compaint - wagered 25 Eur. Put my money for withdrawal
5. Got withdrawal approved by them but rejected by payment provider. Checked it with my payment provider - nothing similar on their end. Put another withdrawal request to the same credit card i have used;
6. Got rejected. And got the explanation that i wont be able to get my withdrawal to my credit card and i should use another method (EcoPayz or another card). Put it on ecopayz
7. Got rejected. As they need a proof that the account belong to me. Sent those over and still waiting for my withdrawal.

I didnt use any bonuses, played at my money, verified identity, my credit card and followed all the rules of the casino.

AskGamblers, i would really appreciate your help here as it doesnt seem to be a fair play here.

Account closure problem and refund

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue with Slottica Casino. Some time ago, I asked the casino to block my account due to gambling addiction. My account was blocked, but there were remaining funds that I wanted to withdraw.

The casino agreed to temporarily unblock my account for the purpose of withdrawing my funds. I submitted a withdrawal request, and the funds were successfully transferred to my account.

Afterwards, I asked for the account to be permanently closed, explaining my situation. However, the casino did not close my account. Instead, the support team encouraged me to keep the account active, which led to further financial losses of 420 PLN.

I kindly request assistance in recovering the above-mentioned loss and in ensuring that my account is permanently closed to prevent any further gambling-related harm.

I am attaching the correspondence with the support team from yesterday for your reference.

They are delaying my payment

Hello.

I have a problem with Slottica Casino.

Last year my account was blocked along with my deposit money (I did not win or lose anything at Slottica Casino).

This year I managed to contact the English speaking support service. A nice person told me by email that I can get my deposit money back.

To do this, I was asked to make a request for payment via email. I did it. Then I was asked to go through identity verification. I successfully sent all the requested documents. Then I received an email from Slottica Casino that my documents were received.

However, since the last message on February 27, 2025, I have not received a response from the casino regarding my situation.

I have a feeling that Slottica Casino is deliberately delaying the identity verification process in order to avoid paying me my deposit money for as long as possible.

That is why I am filing a complaint against Slottica Casino about the delay in payment.

Please help me understand the situation with the casino and get my money back.

Deposit is missing

Hello Team, I made a deposit on their platform for the first time on the advice of my friend and was making my first deposit but my deposit has not been credited yet. They are cheating new players. Moreover, they are not sending any updates. They keep copying and pasting the same message again and again. It has been more than 3 days but my 1850 rupees have not been deposited yet. Slottica delays 1200 euros payment

Hello, I have some trouble with Slottica.

I've made a withdrawal 13.04 for 700€ and one 04.05 for 500€.

To this day I didn't receive it.

I was contacting live chat and wrote several e-mails to them but every time I got the same response: "We've contacted our payments provider and got no response" or they having some issues with my payment.

I don't know what it means and they won't tell me what provider it is.

Also, I'm asked to wait but they don't know how long and I'm tired of this.

Both withdrawals were accepted.

Stealing money from drops n wins Pragmatic promotions 1000usd

Hello!

10th april 2023 - I won one of the pragmatic drops n wins tournaments and placed 1st place with 80.000 rub (1.000$)

At that day I send an e-mail to support with screenshot and a question "when this prize will be at my account?"

And after that I recieved that i must wait 72 hours.

After 72 hours I recieved several answers from them: 1) its a fault of pragmatic, they dont give money; 2) they send request to provider and wait for respond; 3) wait wait wait

Right now its 11 days after I finished tournament and answer still wait. But wait what I dont undestand, because they even didnt give any proof that they sent a question to provider!

Withdrawal again declined of 50,000 INR

Hey Askgamblers, I am fully verified on slottica casino. I used to play regularly. I lost almost 200000 INR rupees on this casino. I used to play aviator game. I won in the aviator game. In my account there is currently 800000 INR . I am only able to withdraw 50000 INR at one time. I requested for withdrawal from last 3 times they declined my withdrawal 2 times by telling me there is a technical issue from there side. So it is very painful to wait for withdrawal as it takes 36 hours. I made a withdrawal request they declined my request after 36 hours then I need to create one withdrawal request again and need to wait for 36 hours again. 15000INR Withdrawal not credited into my bank account

Hi AskGamblers, I am fully verified on the site. As from my attachment you can see they accepted my withdrawal of 15000 INR and amount is debited from my account but it has not been till credited into my bank account. I also contacted support but they are saying your bank didn’t accept the payment we are trying. It has been almost 46 hours and they claim your withdrawal will be accepted within 36 hours. Deposit of INR 25000 is missing

Delayed withdrawal of 23204 euro

Hello! On 01.02.2023 I deposited 330 euros at Slottica.com, I played live black jack, live roulette and a few other live games.
