Withdraw delay!
I wrote an earlier glowing review of Slotsmillion Casino and their withdrawing process, and now i would like to retract it. I am now waiting roughly one month for small withdraw of $700 and two full weeks for another of $250.
I have had several previous withdraws from them and they ranged from days to one week and now these two have been going on for some time now. They know my banking information as they have transferred funds into my bank account previously. First they requested confirmation of my transit number and now they are claiming that they sent the $700 and asked for a statement showing that I never received it. Bank transfers are manually done via phone and leave a paper trail...
Now they have said they have referred it to a financial manager which will take more time...
The confirmation email I received when I requested the withdraw stated, “it could take anything up to 5 working days for your winnings to reach you”, it has been well over 5 day now!
