Im so frustrated! I withdrew for the first time at slotsmillon. This was processed and approved on the 12/06/2019 howe er STILL no funds in my bank account! I have contacted them through email as live chat is not available and I have had delays in responses and to be frank the responses look as tho it’s all a throw off. I have been told that up to 10 business days which it’s well over that now, then I got told that it was a bank holiday on the Monday that just passed so it should be in by the weekend that didn’t happen I then got told that they have contacted the finance team and also sent a email to “wire” to investigate and please check my account in the afternoon/evening however STILL NO MONEY! I’m sick of waiting and also not getting a proper response I have asked for a copy of the withdrawal but that was ignored in the email! This is $2407 mind you! They take out money with no hassles but a withdrawal takes this long? I’m at the point of breaking! I need this fixed ASAP help please! I don’t want no bullshit excuse either!

Hi SKYEANNE07,

Looking at your account, I can see that your payment was approved and processed by our teams on the 12th but effectively processed by our third-party processor on the 18th of June.

I understand your frustration, however we need to wait 10 complete business days before we can actually escalate this to our third-party and trace the payment.

Please do let us know if you receive it between today and tomorrow.

Also, note that the payment provider that we will use to bypass the current and faulty one should be ready by the end of the month. We will keep you updated on that.

What do you mean the faulty one? So are you saying that it won’t go through and that I have to wait until the end of JULY? That is absolutely ridiculous! Why/how an you have a faulty third party it doesn’t make sense?

Hi SKYEANNE07,

What I meant is the following: it has happened in the past months that for some cases, payments made via wire transfer are taking more time than usual to reach the affected customers, and this is due to that third-party processor we are currently working with. However the point of my message was to highlight the fact that it will no longer happen as soon as we have integrated the new one.
