I contact you because it's been several days now that I try to get an answer from Slotsmillion to change my bank account on their website.
Currently I have a bank account register on my profile but it no longer exists, I contact the support because on my profile I do not have the opportunity to change my bank information.
After several attempts via their Chat I got an answer telling me that they are doing the removal of how the depot was done. the problem is that on my profile Slotsmillion when I select withdrawal I only have the possibility to transfer my money on my old bank account, it does not exist anymore.
I have written to them several times to modify this bank account but no answer.
Can you help me?
