Hi AG!

It's nearly 2 weeks since I requested my withdrawal of €2500 at Slotsmillion and it's still not processed. I have honestly never experienced so many issues with verification before.

On 8th of February I sent my verification documents, a copy of my ID, proof of address and Visa card used upon deposit. All of these documents got approved within 24 hours. For some reason, Slotsmillion don't allow card withdrawals so had to request it to my bank account via Trustly. When I did that, I got an email saying I had to verify my bank account and here the issues started...

1. I sent a print screen of my bank account showing my full name, bank account number including IBAN+BIC. Was not accepted because of the format has to be in PDF.
2. Sent the same picture in PDF. Not accepted because it has to be a bank statement.
3. Sent a print screen of my bank statement. Not accepted because it has to be a PDF.

4. A few days later I finally managed to get my bank statement as a PDF file. Here comes the ridiculous part, it got rejected because Slotsmillion say it's not up to date. My bank statement is directly downloaded from my internet bank and it's covering the dates between 18th of Jan to 8th of Feb. It's clearly stated on the document! How is that not up to date??? My deposits made on your site are even visible on the statement. It includes everything, my name, address, bank details and all of my transactions since 18th of January, but it's too old?????????

I logged in to my bank account and it's not possible to download a more recent bank statement. It's only possible to choose certain dates. I have also sent a print screen of this to customer support.

5. The support later said I have to provide an alternative bank statement of another bank account. How am I supposed to do that? I only have one bank account and it's the one linked to the card I used upon deposit.

I hope someone can help me get this sorted!
