I have waited since the 19th of June for my $500 from slotsmillion casino. They keep saying there’s a 3rd party payment provider issue and payouts to my country have been experiencing delays. I have contacted them at least 2 times since they last contacted me and heard nothing from them. Please see attached files for correspondence with slots million. I have received payments from this casino previously and everything was fine. There were no bonuses and my account is all verified. I don’t understand why this is taking so long and why they are no longer communicating.
