Hi,
I withdrew 5790EUR on 12/04/2019 from the online platform and it was through wire transfer.
The VIP manager told me it will be 5 days and i will get my money.Till now no money has been credited.
I contacted their online chat, now they tell me it is 7-10 business days.
I know it takes a maximum of 3 business days for an international wire transfer to go through.
Nonetheless i sent an email regarding my matter to their support and to my surprise they asked me to send them my bank statement for them to cross verify.
Already it is first platform that i came across that the verification process you have to provide bank statement and now they want to verify from my bank statement if I did not receive the money.
It does not make sense to me.
I waited too long and its 5k EUR.
Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now.

The payments have been re-issued today and the new proof of payments will be shared with you via email today as well.
What seemed to have created these confusions is that you indeed provided us with bank details including an IBAN number on the 9th of April but when you requested both of your withdrawals on the 12th you filled up all the field except the IBAN's. To avoid possible errors, we always trust and use by default what our customers lastly provided us with. Obviously this turned out to be a wrong call in this case. Please accept my sincere apologies on behalf of the Payment team. We will make sure this does not happen again in the future.
