Slotobank Casino returning my withdrawals to balance without any reason

I have played at many casinos and have accounts at over 50, never before have I had such issues as I am having with bloody slotobank. I won £700 about 6 weeks ago, sent all my docs in etc, and requested a withdrawal, checked again a few days later and the withdrawal was back in my balance, live chat told me they had payment maintenance issues and to request again the next day they do payments, (only on mon, wed and fridays, bizarre in itself) so off I go and request it again, this has happened 8 times now, I request it, it just gets returned to my balance, live chat as useless as a chocolate tea pot, just tell me to request it again, no explanation apart from maintanence issues and basically fobbing me off.

had a quick search through the threads and see that its not just me this has happened to, so I look forward to any advice that anyone can impart.
