Slot Hunter Casino - The money for the deposit was withdrawn but not credited and not refunded

On 11.05, three deposits were made. The first was credited, but the second and third were not credited.

I contacted support, and sent them the required statement from the bank, which shows that the funds were written off. They said that in 5 days the funds will return to the bank account.

Contacted again, this is what they told me in the letter.

Today it is 23.05, and the funds are still not returned I tried to contact you again, but support, as well as the first time, asked me for a screenshot of the bank statement. It can not go on like this, sending me every time to the same "place".

1. The second time I did not send your operator any photos of the bill, because the first time I already sent them and your operator said that they would look into it. Then I wrote you a letter, which again said that soon the money will be returned. You are again trying to wind me in a circle - always starting with a request to send screenshots that I have already sent.
2. My bank statement is a private document that I am not going to share with third parties.
If I am writing a complaint after all this time, it means that the money still hasn't arrived. You have all the transfer details and transaction numbers to work with. And I do not care about the situation that your supplier has problems with transactions - it's not my problem, it's yours.
Solve the problem.

Casino refuses to pay me the jackpot I won to my Skrill
Dear Askgamblers,

I'd like to ask you for help in resolving the dispute with Slot Hunter Casino. The casino refuses to pay me the jackpot I won to my Skrill payment wallet, despite the fact that Skrill is listed as one of the available withdrawal methods.

Additionally, most of my deposits have been made through Skrill, and the amount credited through this method is almost 5 times higher than the amount credited using a payment card. And, the casino has successfully credited the last winnings I received to my Skrill wallet.

Also, withdrawing funds using Skrill is convenient for me, since I use it exclusively for online casino games, so I do not need to transfer funds from my payment card to Skrill. It also eliminates the need to explain the source of funds to other online casinos.

In particular, I would like to take note of paragraph 6 of the section "Withdrawal and refund policy" of the terms and conditions, which states that if the deposit was made, in particular, using a payment card and the withdrawal amount exceeded the deposit amount, the deposit amount will be refunded to the payment card and any excess will be paid in an alternative way.

I used a Revolut card to top up my account with 7000 euros and a Skrill wallet to top up my account with 33,490 euros. Thus, casino are required to transfer 7000 euros to my Revolut card and 33,490 euros to my Skrill wallet. All remaining funds in the amount of 99,543.6 euros should be transferred using the payment method I have chosen. As mentioned earlier, I chose the Skrill payment system for crediting.

Considering the above, I insist on transferring 7000.00 euros to my Revolut payment card and 133,033.6 euros to my Skrill wallet.

I tried to contact the casino several times to resolve this issue, but they refused to process the payment, which violates my player rights.

Could you please assist me in resolving this dispute with the casino?

Difficulty passing verification at Slot Hunter casino

Dear AskGamblers,

I need your help - I have difficulty passing verification at Slothunter Casino.

I provided the casino with all the requested documents:

to confirm my identity - my driver's license, as well as a selfie with it;

to confirm my address of residence - an electricity bill from 02.11.2023, and an electricity bill from 03.09.2024.

The following documents were provided as documentary evidence of the availability of funds and their origin: a statement from my Skrill payment wallet for the period specified by the casino and documents from Rootz Ltd. confirming the winnings and their crediting to my e-wallet. (I used the funds from the winnings to make deposits at Slothunter casino). Moreover, the amount of winnings I received from Rootz Ltd. is more than 3 times higher than the amount of all deposits at Slothunter.

Having studied the documents provided, the casino can see the entire path of the funds - from receiving the winnings at the casino to the management company Rootz Ltd. before crediting to my payment wallet and further deposits in Slothunter Casino.

I also filled out a questionnaire on the casino website and answered all the questions asked, and sent a bank statement at the casino's request.

In addition, on October 11, I filed an official complaint with the casino, however, the verification process is still not complete.

I ask you to help me pass the verification and, as a result, receive the 1280 Euros that are on my balance.

Delaying payment of €12,000 without any explanation

I have been an avid AG user for a while now. Over 4+ years using your site. So I recently stumbled upon slothunter at your portal and gave it a try. Having used the site for a while now the experience has been positive. But now when I finally won something in the site they are delaying my withdrawal and stalling my verification.

I was told to share my bank statement and neteller deposit and I shared the same. The neteller deposit screenshot was approved. And the bank statement was rejected without any proper communication as to why. I was then told to upload my utility bill (broadband bill) I uploaded. They told it should be recent and less then 90 days. So I uploaded my recent December bill. Then I checked in with the chat support and tim was able to help me out and verify my account. Happy that my verification is done I raised withdrawal of 4000 eur which is max for neteller. After a while I got a mail saying my address proof broadband bill was rejected. And the team communicated that they need bank statement. So I shared the same. Bank statement of hdfc bank in pdf. I also shared the screenshot of bank statement. Now the chat support is saying they can't accept it. I am not sure why? I have used n1 casinos before and never faced any verification issue till now.

After seeing the reviews and the ratings I really thought slothunter was a great site. But in reality that has been not the case. I believe slothunter is stalling my payment. And kindly request AG to intermediate on this. Not sure if this is what I expected from best casino 2020.
