Casino keeps rejecting my withdrawal
Hi,
I've tried to resolve this several times to no avail. I've been trying to withdraw from Slot Hunter and it keeps asking me for documents. I withdrew less than 2 weeks ago (Dec 24th with no problems) and now it's a hassle. I've submitted my docs all over again. They keep asking for a screenshot of my bank account with merchant name on it.
My bank account will only list 'online banking' but i did submit the receipts from their 3rd party provider (Gigadat) and the email receipt as well.
So they have everything they need. A screen shot with my banking info, a receipt showing payment to them via Gigadat, and a receipt showing payment to Gigadat from me.
I've gone through chat a few times and it just doesn't go anywhere.
Not sure i understand why this is so problematic.
