Dragging out verification and delaying withdrawal
I signed up to Simple casino last week and have had nothing but issues.
I deposited with my bank card. When I attempted a withdrawal they stated my bank card rejected the withdrawal? This is odd as has never happened before with any other casino and when I contacted my bank they stated this was not the case.
Simple then stated in their email they needed all my KYC as a result of this rejection and a bank statement with my IBAN on it I supplied all of this 4 days ago, I have heard nothing and my emails are being ignored. The chat agents have stated I should be able to make a bank transfer if I deposit with my bank? However trustly is the only thing offered on the site and it doesn't allow Malta as a country as available for deposit? I can use Skrill if that works?
The issue is I am getting no answer from simple on how to do this bank transfer withdrawal and my emails are not being responded to. I need Askgamblers to help me mediate this at this point.
