I made a withdrawal on 12.2 and then sent documents as they asked and after that sent extra document that they asked from me. Extra document was sent on 16.2 and after that I have visited their chat couple of times but nothing happens.
Even after the chats they haven't contacted me and the documents are totally fine.
The evidence is attached.
