Withdrawal not given yet

I have been trying to receive a withdrawal from Sapphirebet since Friday.

I have never had a problem when withdrawing from their account, but this was the first time I have had one, and I am starting to worry. This was just last Friday, today being Monday, and I still haven't received the amount of 5198 MXN.

It is said by them that it should take no more than 48 hours, and if it takes more, I should contact them. I already did, but their customer support is slow and very robotic, probably indicating that it they use AI to respond to my inquires as some of their responses didn't make sense.

They couldn't give me a payment reference or transaction ID to ensure that the money has not been lost, and in the worst case, I can reclaim it with the bank the issue.

I don't know what else to do.
