Deposit not credited more than a week now

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding SapphireBet and $4,000 in withdrawals that I still have not received after more than five days.

SapphireBet approved my withdrawals over five days ago, yet the funds have never reached me. I have contacted them repeatedly, asking for an explanation, proof of payment, or even a clear update on where my money is. Despite this, I have received no meaningful explanation or resolution.

Their live chat representatives have also been extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional whenever I have tried to get answers. Instead of helping me locate my $4,000, SapphireBet eventually banned me from accessing their live chat, leaving me without access to one of their main support channels while my money remains missing.

I have also contacted Gigadat regarding the missing transfers. Gigadat has been looking into the situation, and I have specifically asked whether SapphireBet has responded to them. The fact that the payment processor is involved and I am still unable to get a clear explanation from SapphireBet after more than five days is extremely concerning.

At this point, I genuinely feel that SapphireBet is withholding my money and avoiding responsibility. These withdrawals were approved; more than five days have passed, I have not received the $4,000, and SapphireBet has failed to provide satisfactory evidence showing where the funds are.

I am asking AskGamblers to investigate this matter and request that SapphireBet provide verifiable proof of payment for every withdrawal, including the transaction dates, amounts, transaction/reference numbers, and the status of each transfer.

I am still owed the full $4,000, and this matter remains completely unresolved.

I have been facing withdrawal problems several times.

I am fed up with having to complain again and again. But no one is solving my problem.

I have never faced this kind of problem with any other site.

I tried to contact with their live chat, but they did nothing. They said they will block me.

This is a scam site. Please stay away from this Site.

I have been trying to receive a withdrawal from Sapphirebet since Friday.

I have never had a problem when withdrawing from their account, but this was the first time I have had one, and I am starting to worry. This was just last Friday, today being Monday, and I still haven't received the amount of 5198 MXN.

It is said by them that it should take no more than 48 hours, and if it takes more, I should contact them. I already did, but their customer support is slow and very robotic, probably indicating that it they use AI to respond to my inquires as some of their responses didn't make sense.

They couldn't give me a payment reference or transaction ID to ensure that the money has not been lost, and in the worst case, I can reclaim it with the bank the issue.

I don't know what else to do.

Dear AskGamblers, I made a deposit yesterday via Jeton electronic wallet, where it should have appeared immediately in my player account, because Jeton deposits are instant, but since yesterday it has not appeared in my Geacza account and has not been returned to my wallet. It's been a month my deposit not yet added to my id even provided them my bank statement, my email received from bank. That transaction is successful screenshot of platform I transferred but these guys not replying and whenever reply is sent, to me it is same message that specialist are working on it. No one is replying even after I shared every detail. They asked me but still nothing done, its been 28days today.

I have a complaint about Sapphirebet website and I'll try to be as descriptive as possible.

Almost 60 days ago I registered and deposited 91$ into sapphirebet casino using the perfect money method. I tried to place a bet but I found out that my account has been frozen immediately after my deposit for no reason and I can't place any bets. I tried to withdraw my funds but I noticed that perfect money method is not included in the withdrawal methods even though sapphirebet requires the customers to withdraw using the same method as their deposit.

I contacted the website's support. They asked me to email the security team. So I sent an email to securi­ty@­sap­phi­reb­et.com and explained my situation. They have not explained why my account is limited (nor have they asked for verification of documents) and when I ask for withdrawal of my funds they ask me to use other options(which is in contradiction with the rules of the website as explained). I re-explained my situation many times but they keep sending me this message: "All consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread."

Recently they have stopped answering me.

Please help me take back my funds from this scam website.
