Payment Issues
I won $10,000 from Ruby Slots on January 17, 2016. I've gone through the verification process and met all requirements for payout. The casino continues to find ways to delay the payments by splitting them into smaller amounts which results in longer wait times because they insist on only approving one payment at a time. I received 2 of 6 payments in February and now I am awaiting the final 4 payments. The casino approved the remaining 4 payments in February. I continue to ask when I will receive the funds and I am not getting a clear answer from the casino. They continue to tell me it's being worked on and they give no clear answer on when I will receive the funds.
