Ruby Slots - Delayed Payment
I submitted a withdrawal in the amount of $400.19, it shows that it was approved on July 16th. I still have not received anything. This wouldn't be as frustrating if I was able to communicate with anyone at Ruby slots. I have sent the verification email twice, never had a response. I call the customer service number, they request a code, and I have no idea of how to get said code. I push the live chat link, nothing happens. I emailed the help email address, never a response. I would obviously love to get my money, but even an opportunity to speak with a representative of the casino would be very appreciated.
