Withdrawal stuck in pending
I made a withdrawal request for $1,630.00 at ruby slots casino on 11-06-2020. I have contacted them several times Asking why my withdrawal hasn’t been paid yet. They have told me it’s because my withdrawal is still in pending status. And when I asked why it is still in pending status, their response is we don’t have that information but we will be happy to escalate it for you. The terms & Conditions state withdrawals will be reviewed within 7 business days & payment will be made 7-10 days after approval. Well I think I’ve been more than patient with them being as It’s been over two months since I made my withdrawal. My documents are up to date and have been approved since Nov 25-2020. Every time I talk to customer service I am getting another casino representative requesting an escalation for me, these escalations are obviously not working on getting my withdrawal paid. Nov 25 2020 got Michael <surname removed> email saying my account is verified
Dec 9, 2020 I talk to Susan <surname removed> at 8:31 pm she escalated it with high priority.
Dec 22, 2020 I talk to Beck <surname removed> at 2:45 am he escalated it told me to check back after 48hrs
Jan 1 2021 I talk to Summer <surname removed> at 4:05 am put in a follow up request
Jan 7 2021 I talk to Serenity <surname removed> at 10:53 pm made another escalation for me
Jan 14 2021 I talked to Nicole <surname removed> at 7:30 pm she’s will follow up on this with their team
