I have been having issues withdrawing my funds. I have $1,000.00 withdrawl they I want to make and the system will not allow. It keeps stating I have to submit documents. The documents have been submitted 3xs and I've already had funds deducted and sent to me bank. They have all the documents. I would like to withdraw my $1000 winnings

I genuinely wish there was something I can do to help with this. Really, the only thing I can do is tell you to keep trying--you should be able to reach someone, but it can be a bit of a wait at times.
