Withdrawal denied demanding SECOND a deposit to claim
I won the max cashout on free spins 2/3/22. Knowing I would need to deposit with my withdrawal method to claim (even though chat with customer support did NOT indicate this) I did so using my BTC address on 2/10/23. Chat with customer service on 2/12 told me my withdrawal was due to be reviewed in 2/14. 2/14 I saw “manager withdrawal approved” but hadn’t received an email or payment so got on chat with customer service again, rep Amanda Robinson, who simply kept repeating that since I used free spins twice “which isn’t allowed” I’d need to make a deposit. She kept ignoring my comment stating that I did in fact already do this, and hadn’t redeemed any more promos. Continued copy/pasting the same rule over and over. I am a verified depositing customer. I would like the $100 I earned. It’s been 10 business days as of now.
