Withdrawal denied demanding SECOND a deposit to claim

I won the max cashout on free spins 2/3/22. Knowing I would need to deposit with my withdrawal method to claim (even though chat with customer support did NOT indicate this) I did so using my BTC address on 2/10/23. Chat with customer service on 2/12 told me my withdrawal was due to be reviewed in 2/14. 2/14 I saw “manager withdrawal approved” but hadn’t received an email or payment so got on chat with customer service again, rep Amanda Robinson, who simply kept repeating that since I used free spins twice “which isn’t allowed” I’d need to make a deposit. She kept ignoring my comment stating that I did in fact already do this, and hadn’t redeemed any more promos. Continued copy/pasting the same rule over and over. I am a verified depositing customer. I would like the $100 I earned. It’s been 10 business days as of now.

What is confusing? That’s a simple question to answer: I only proceeded to your casino and redeemed said free chip because an email, addressed to me and greeting me by name, urged me to do so. I didn’t go looking on your site for free play, you lured me there. Unlike more reputable online casinos, not only did you invite me to use the chip, but your software is such that it actually allowed me to play it too! I am not a tech genius but could fumble around enough to write a basic code that would prohibit the chip from being used if a player is not eligible for it. So why is it that you send these emails and don’t apply a similar script to your software? Why also didn’t ANY of your 3 reps that I spoke with regarding my withdrawal prior to the “10 business day” timeframe inform me of my ineligibility?

The answer is clear - you WANT what happened to me to happen to others and to be able to hide behind your “T&C’s” instead of functioning ethically. Your organization enjoys deceptive practices, period, and I’ll be glad when someone shuts you and all others like you down. I hope no one else loses a dime in deposits hoping to cash out because you are thieves, plain and simple 🤷‍♀️

Please explain how these terms are confusing:

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.

17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

Going forward, it's important that you fully understand the terms at any online casino, BEFORE accepting a bonus and/or depositing.

Well this is ridiculous. 3 reps couldn’t tell me that? Also why do you send these promos to people who aren’t eligible or allow the coupon to be redeemed. I wouldn’t have wasted anyone’s time, nor would I have made any deposit at all. Unclear terms written to be confusing, unhelpful reps - I agree with everyone else - STEER CLEAR!

Delaying payment and splitting them
I won over $8000 a few months ago I had a long process to go through. They didn’t accept my documents I finally got verified and now my first withdrawal of course he said you can only do $2500 at a time they split that into two 1250 payments when I set for one full 2500+ they took out a fee and said they are going to charge me another fee on the other 1250 when that comes that I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for each approval through the casino and 7 to 10 days of their money baking system to send the money so that’s a full month each time I have multiple payments coming and I requested them all in the middle of November and they are with holding my money and not sending that money as promised everything was approved. Everything was verified and I’m not receiving my payments. I have all kinds of chats that said I will get them directly one after another and that I would not have to have the timeframe waited in between now they’ve decided even split them saying it was due to their third-party payment company and I said if that’s the case, why do I have to wait another 7 to 10 days for the other have to be approved that if it was the payment company that split it they are just delaying my payments intentionally I have chatted over and over and I have all chats to proof I would like this looked at plus all the extra fees that are gonna be charged if they split and they said they can also split every request of mine if need be and charge me extra fees if need be this is just an intentional delay. I would like this addressed please.
