Withdrawal Declined with No Communications
Hello,
I have had a problem similar to this with Planet 7, but thanks to Tawni it was resolved- THANK YOU AGAIN Tawni!
I wish I had discovered this site earlier than I did as it would have saved me a lot of time when I had the issue with Planet 7. I am very familiar with playing at these online casinos and I made a deposit with a bonus code on 12/30/18, met the required play through and shortly after hit a 9 out of 10 numbers on Keno playing a $1 bet and won $10,000. I played a bit more and my balance dropped down to about $8,066, so I decided to make a withdrawal for $2,500 as the withdrawal page indicates you can make withdrawals from $100 - $2,500. I then submitted my authorization form with supporting docs such as ID, credit card etc., I was sent a link to verify my identity through another website where I had to take a photo and upload other docs and my identity was confirmed. I won the money fair and square, submitted all of the appropriate forms and confirmed my identity through the other website Ruby Slots directed me to. What more were they looking for? I went back into my account on Ruby Slots on 1/3/19 and noticed my balance was large and sure enough they declined my withdrawal without any notice or explanation as I know there is no excuse for why I should not receive my withdrawal. It seems they pull every marketing scheme in the book to get you to deposit and if your deposit doesn't go through for some reason, they respond so quickly via chat or email and are more than willing to take your money, but when it comes to paying their players, they all of a sudden take forever to respond or just decline or cancel your withdrawal request without any notification, even though you do provide all of your contact info. So, after reading the reviews on Askgamblers, I realized this was probably part of their stalling tactic and decided to post my complaint as it is unfair how many of the online casinos try to get away with this. It's really very frustrating. I am including all of my screenshots, documentation I sent over and anything else which might help resolve this quickly. Thank you again for this site and Happy New Year to all!
