On January 4, 2019 I submitted $10,000 in withdrawal requests. After back and forth with documents, my first withdrawal request was finally approved on 1/18. 9 business days after request.

Now, nothing. Based on their timelines, the next one shoul have been approved on 1/29. When it wasn't, the VIP department submitted an escalation. Still nothing.

It now has been 10 business days and no response. What is a valid timeline to expect approvals to happen, and hence payments?

I've had a look at your account and I see two payments have already been sorted:

1/21 Paid $2085 + $40 Service Fee (0.58850933) Bitcoin for transaction #66055657

2/5 Paid $2480 + $20 Service Fee Wire for transaction #66860844 Paid $2500 + no fees Wire III for transaction #66866666 //Pazc

With the wire, I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the middle of next week (possibly sooner).

Hi Christy--

Not sure how you got so lucky, but another withdrawal was sent off, the day after your last one: 2/6 Paid $2500 + no fees for transaction #66866666. Better still, your final withdrawal for this account is scheduled to be sent off to our processor, Friday. ;-)

As soon as I have confirmation this has been sorted, I'll let you know. In the meantime, I'll be sure to check into your Cool Cat account and I'll give you an update on that at the same time.

I'm happy to tell you that your final withdrawal was sent off to our processor, Friday: 2/15 Paid $2500 + no fees for transaction #67305405. I would expect you'll find the funds in your account towards the end of this week.
